Shipping policy

Orders normally ship from our Southern California location within 2 to 3 business days of receipt of payment. We will contact you by phone or email if we have any questions about your order or ordered product.
International Customers please email- GorillaGlassShop@gmail.com for shipping rates.

Customer is responsible for giving us the correct address for either UPS or USPS to ship to. We cannot be responsible for any packages that get lost, go missing or are undelivered because customer gave wrong ship-to-address information. Occasionally, when generating shipping labels, USPS or UPS will change an address to whatever their system recognizes. If this happens we will contact you by email or phone. Please be sure to give us your correct contact information.

Customer is responsible to be available at order delivery time to the address given. Tracking # and delivery notifications will be sent by email to the email address provided at time of order. If customer does not enter email address at time of order then GorillaGlassShop will try to keep customer informed of delivery times, but will not be responsible for delivery problems if customer is not available.

Our shipping is flat rate and changes every $25.00 increase in invoice total.

$25.00- $49.99 Flat rate 2. One shipping price.
Feel free to add more items to your shopping cart to take advantage of this.

Multiple orders to the same customer at the same address may be packaged together for shipment.
