High Quality, Custom made by OregonGlassBlower. This OVERSIZE glass downstem sleeve has an outside diameter of 15mil and inside diameter of 12.5mil.  Various sizes available. Please choose length above. This is a Handmade Custom item using High Quality German glass. May be slight variation in size. OVERSIZE ITEM. With included top hat grommet this downstem fits into 17mm hole in your waterpipe. Can be used with 9mil, 10mil and 12mil pull stems. 15mil is approx 5/8"   12.5mm is approx 1/2" 

NOTE: Length is the overall length, measured from top to bottom. When you measure, please allow for the piece that sticks up out of your water pipe!

TIP: Use a little soapy water when sliding rubber grommet on to downstem.
